  I usually take public transit into the city when traveling abroad, but this trip we had a bigger group so we switched to airport transfer. Came across tripool — the booking agent was incredibly friendly, answered every question right away, the local driver was kind and the driving was steady.   Took the transfer from Kuala Lumpur Airport to our city hotel. Before the trip, the agent (Phoebe) sent detailed reminders via Line about departure notes and meeting points. Even when our flight was delayed, they flexibly adjusted the arrangement. We also reached out last-minute on the final evening to add an airport drop-off, and they handled it immediately. Service was responsive and thoughtful, the local driver was great, the car was spotless, and the driving was steady — totally reassuring.
